I love to run.
I feel like it's a drug and I can't wait to get my next fix.

Sprinting up hills makes my day ;)

I'd like to think I'm tough as nails, but don't we all?

Right now I'm on a marathon kick, I'm always looking for some kind of race. Recently I've gotten into triathlons, that's what I'll be chasing next.

Chrissie Wellington and Kara Goucher are my heroes <3

After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.

My ultamite goal is to do an Ironman.

Having a hard time.

I got the job at Denver’s Rape Assistance and Awareness Program, but I feel like it’s draining the life out of me.

I have no time to do anything with this job.

I get up at 4, take care of what I need to, be out the door by 7 to get to class. I get out of classes at 12:30 and head straight to work. Work starts at 2 and doesn’t end until 10. I don’t get home until midnight. I try and do homework, but usually end up passing out.

I have no clue how to balance anything…
I haven’t been able to do homework or work out.
I’m ALWAYS just so exhausted. I almost fell asleep in lecture yesterday and then the briefing last night.

Anyone have any tips for me?

  1. jelligator said: Is there anyway to cut back on your hours? Thats what I would suggest, because if you can’t even get to your homework then you need to change something. it sounds like its quite a bit of travel too, maybe find a job with less travel time Good luck :c
