I love to run.
I feel like it's a drug and I can't wait to get my next fix.

Sprinting up hills makes my day ;)

I'd like to think I'm tough as nails, but don't we all?

Right now I'm on a marathon kick, I'm always looking for some kind of race. Recently I've gotten into triathlons, that's what I'll be chasing next.

Chrissie Wellington and Kara Goucher are my heroes <3

After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.

My ultamite goal is to do an Ironman.

My calves are so tight…

Did the Bruce Subumaximal Treadmill test today, I actually lasted pretty long. I want to be able to finish the entire test, though. My HR peaked the last minute of stage 3 at a 14% incline. Not bad considering, but by the end of this I will finish!

Also, my interview with Denver’s Rape Assistance and Awareness program went well.
I go in Monday to shadow.

Assuming I get this job I am going to be SO busy and really need to be able to manage my time flawlessly, especially with training. Thank god it’s almost summer and I love early morning runs, because that’s about to be my only time off.

I’m in class from 8:30am til 12:30 pm every day, Monday - Friday.
This job is from 2pm to 10 pm every day, Monday - Friday.

Sooooo time to train? Weekends and before 7:30. Hopefully it warms up soon.
