After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.

I’ve lost 5 pounds so far this week because I can’t eat and when I do I can’t hold it down :/ Ick.
I can barely even get liquids down, this really sucks. On top of that I haven’t been to school two days this week, I need to go tomorrow.
On the plus side? I have an interview with Denver’s Rape Assistance and Awareness Program tomorrow. I’m actually pretty excited about that, I feel like I’m in a good enough place to be able to help other people. This is something I’ve been wanting to do.
