I'd like to think I'm tough as nails, but don't we all?

Right now I'm on a marathon kick, I'm always looking for some kind of race. Recently I've gotten into triathlons, that's what I'll be chasing next.

After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.

My ultamite goal is to do an Ironman.

 

After a bad weekend I decided Monday I would get serious about training - training makes me happy!

I even started recording food again to make sure I hit my calorie and protein goals.

It was going amazing and I was doing what I need to then BAM! My mother gave me the worst bug ever -.-

I can not hold down food, if I try to eat it comes back up with a horrid amount of stomach acid that burns my throat and mouth for what feels like hours. I’m super bloated. I can feel the amount of acid in my stomach and it is disgusting. I’ll spare you the rest of the details, it gets worse.

I really hope I can get over this the next few days. I don’t want to take more time from school.
