I love to run.
I feel like it's a drug and I can't wait to get my next fix.

Sprinting up hills makes my day ;)

I'd like to think I'm tough as nails, but don't we all?

Right now I'm on a marathon kick, I'm always looking for some kind of race. Recently I've gotten into triathlons, that's what I'll be chasing next.

Chrissie Wellington and Kara Goucher are my heroes <3

After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.

My ultamite goal is to do an Ironman.

I R smaRt.

So, I have no clue what I was thinking this morning.
I sprung to life at 5:30 instead of my alarm waking me at 6:00.
I got ready and left, but realized I missed the bus and started freaking out because I thought I was going to be late.

I looked at my watch “7:23,” what the hell. I left an hour earlier than I actually had to. I didn’t want to walk back home because it was really warm in there and I’d fall back asleep, so I decided to walk to school, I didn’t have to be there til 9:00 anyway. It’s 8:25, I get a call asking if I was near. DERP. I had to be there by 8:00 and classes started at 8:30. I have no clue what that was about or why I thought I started at 9:30.

Anyway, I LOVE IT!
It’s a rule, no jeans. So I pretty much get to live in workout clothes the next 15 months of my life, uhm, yes please! The first class I’m taking in Aerobics - my absolute favorite. We apparently get fitness tests on the treadmill often. Something I will own at! It was just your typical syllabus and meet people day -shrugs- Still had a good day regardless.
