Right now I'm on a marathon kick, I'm always looking for some kind of race. Recently I've gotten into triathlons, that's what I'll be chasing next.

After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.
My ultamite goal is to do an Ironman.

1) I don’t have to work at all this weekend :D! I actually get a weekend to myself to start some trouble. Hell yes!
2) Next Saturday or Sunday I want to get up early and either go on a hike or go running on a trail of some kind. I’ve wanted to for awhile and now that the weather is better I’m dying to.
3) Today I’m running to city park, no excuses. I got horribly lost last time I did this, but I know my way there now.
4) Yay for water?
5) I recently started a friendly competition with Garry’sFitness regarding weight and who can lose what they want to first. Bring it on ;)
