I love to run.
I feel like it's a drug and I can't wait to get my next fix.
Sprinting up hills makes my day ;)
I'd like to think I'm tough as nails, but don't we all?
Right now I'm on a marathon kick, I'm always looking for some kind of race. Recently I've gotten into triathlons, that's what I'll be chasing next.
Chrissie Wellington and Kara Goucher are my heroes <3
After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.
My ultamite goal is to do an Ironman.

I R addicted.
My god.
It annoys the crap out of me when a friend say’s “Oh, you were out jogging.”
No. No, I wasn’t. I was out RUNNING.

So yesterday I ended up going on my run like any other day, but I seem to have done something really weird to my hip?
I was literally 3 or 4 blocks away from my house and I just get this huge pain in it and have to walk the rest of the way, I skipped weight lifting last night because of it. Then this morning when I woke up more pain. I can’t do a good squat, or run without pain, or do high knees, or pretty much anything. Rather queer if you ask me.
I’m giving that a day or two to get it’s shit together.
I’m not going to not do anything today so instead of doing my run and then lift, I’m just going to lift and do yesterday’s lifting, too.
So today I get to work my back & biceps, then shoulders & abs.
Good enough for me, still something.
I’ve been training a client and I’m so proud of him.
He’s this cute little old man with horrid posture/stance, but I love seeing how far he’s come. All I’m doing with him is light resistance training and I don’t have to correct his stance/posture anymore. It’s great :]
He’s been working hard!
And I’m down 6 pounds in almost 4 weeks.
Awesome!

The only time I’m not in running shorts and a tee is when I’m at work.

Today is one of those days!
We did a killer 45 minute circuit in the blazing hot sun at school today. That’s fine and dandy, but I have a 30 minute lifting session and 4.5 mile run planned for the day as well.
I knew I should have went running before school, but I was lazy and wanted to sleep more.
This is my punishment.
Days like these make you stronger.
It’s days like this you must pull through.
My new go to snack!
2 boiled eggs, 1 avocado, a dash of salt, a bit of pepper. AMAZINGNESS!
Sorry for the horrible picture, you get the idea ;)
