I feel like it's a drug and I can't wait to get my next fix.

I'd like to think I'm tough as nails, but don't we all?

Right now I'm on a marathon kick, I'm always looking for some kind of race. Recently I've gotten into triathlons, that's what I'll be chasing next.

After a year of injuries in 2011 and finally recovering, I decided to take the leap and become a Personal Trainer. There's nothing more important to me than fitness and health. I would love nothing more than to achieve my goals and help others reach their maximum potential and achieve theirs as well.

My ultamite goal is to do an Ironman.

 

Finally got my hip checked out.

I have tears to my quad and groin apparently.

I’m not allowed to run, or use stairs, or do squats, or lunges, or lift my leg, or pretty much anything for that matter.

I’m going to gocrazy.

I need to call and schedule my initial physical therapy appointment.
I also need to actually listen to the physical therapist this time.

Yesterday I went to boxing then a Jiu Jitsu class

LOVED them both, so much.

I think I want to continue on with both, they’re so fun and a great workout.

I’m not going to any classes today so I’ll probably go on a run and weight lift today.

Spent my day in the mountains!
3+ hours of hiking, running, and climbing. My shoulders are SO burned. Great day regardless.
